CHILI CHEESEBURGERS 
1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
1 pkg. (1 3/4 oz.) Chili-O mix
4 tbsp. yellow mustard
3/4 c. (6 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese
2 tbsp. diced mild chilies, fresh or canned
Hamburger rolls

Combine beef, Chili-O mix and 2 tablespoons yellow mustard; mix well. Shape into 6 hamburgers. In a small bowl combine remaining mustard, cheese and chilies. Broil and grill hamburgers until desired doneness. Top with cheese mixture. Cook 30 seconds longer, or until cheese melts. Serve on rolls.
