CHEESEBURGER CAKE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. chopped onion
1 (4 oz.) can diced green chilies, drained
2 c. Bisquick baking mix
1/2 c. ketchup
2 tbsp. prepared mustard
2 tsp. seasoned salt
1 egg
8 oz. sliced process American or Cheddar cheese
2 tbsp. sesame seed
1/2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Grease 9x13-inch springform pan. Cook ground beef and onion, stirring frequently until beef is brown. Drain.

Mix beef and onion with remaining ingredients except cheese and sesame seed in medium bowl. Spread half of beef mixture in pan. Top with cheese. Spread remaining beef mixture over cheese. Sprinkle with sesame seed.

Bake for 35-40 minutes or until edges are brown and pull away from side of pan. Let stand 10 minutes. Loosen edge of cheeseburger cake from side of pan and remove side of pan.

Serves 10-12.
