PEACH GELATIN SALAD 
2 sm. pkg. peach gelatin
2/3 c. water
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 can (20 oz.) peaches, drained and mashed
1 can condensed milk
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. chopped pecans
12 oz. nondairy whipped topping

Mix gelatin and water in 2 quart pan and bring to boil. Stir until gelatin dissolves. Remove from heat and add pineapple and peaches.

Blend condensed milk and cream cheese in large bowl. Add gelatin mixture and stir until blended. Stir in pecans and fold in whipped topping. Refrigerate.
