BREAKFAST PEACH JAM 
7 c. sugar
5 c. diced peaches
No. 2 can crushed pineapple, well drained
2 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry gelatin

Mix sugar, peaches and pineapple in large sauce pan. Bring to a full, rolling boil; boil for 15 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Add gelatin; stir until dissolved. Pour into sterilized glasses; cover with melted paraffin. Orange gelatin may be substituted for strawberry gelatin.
