1 c. crunchy peanut butter
1 (3 oz.) cream cheese
1/2 c. confectioners' sugar
8 oz. Cool Whip
1 prepared chocolate pie crust (or any other)
Hot fudge sauce (optional)
Shaved chocolate
Crushed peanuts

Mix peanut butter and cream cheese with electric mixer. Add sugar and blend. Fold in Cool Whip. Before putting into pie crust, may spread some hot fudge sauce on bottom of crust. Add the peanut butter mixture. Decorate top with more Cool Whip, shaved chocolate and crushed peanuts. Refrigerate.
