CHICKEN ADOBO 
Chicken thighs
1 bay leaf
Salt to taste
Pepper
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. vinegar

Mix 1/2 cup vinegar, 1/2 cup soy sauce, a bay leaf and chicken in a pot. Cover and cook over low heat 45-60 minutes. Serve with rice, salt and pepper to taste.
