CARROT BANANA BREAD 
1/2 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1 c. mashed bananas (3 med.)
2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. grated carrot
1/2 c. chopped nuts

In a large bowl, cream the butter with the sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs. Mash bananas in a small bowl. Mix flour, soda, baking powder, cinnamon and salt. Blend in flour mixture alternately with bananas. Stir in carrots and nuts.

Turn into a greased 9x5x3 inch loaf pan. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 50 to 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes, turn out of pan and cool completely.
