CONGO BARS 
2 sticks butter
1 pkg. light brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
2 1/2 c. sifted flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 (12 oz.) bag semi-sweet chocolate chips

13 x 9 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes until really brown. Melt butter; cool. Mix all ingredients together. Spread in 13 x 9 inch pan. Cool completely cut into 2 1/2 x 6 inch pieces.
