SPINACH ROLL-UPS 
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen spinach
1 c. sour cream
1 c. mayonnaise
1 pkg. Ranch style dressing dip
6 green onions, chopped
1/2 jar bacon bits or 1/2 c. real crisp browned bacon, chopped
6 or 7 tortillas (floured), burrito size

Defrost spinach and drain. Dry with paper towel. Mix other ingredients together, except tortillas. Mix in dry spinach. Spread approximately 3 heaping tablespoons spinach mixture thinly on tortilla, all the way to edges. Roll jelly roll fashion. Place seam side down on cookie sheet. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Slice in desired sizes.
