"HERSHEY" CANDY BAR COOKIES 
1 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
pinch of salt
1 c. brown sugar
1 egg
2 c. flour

Beat until light and fluffy, then add flour until all flour is in. Spread on greased 10 x 15-inch cookie sheet.

Bake at 350°F for about 15 minutes. Melt 7 or 8 Hershey bars (without almonds); can do this in the microwave oven (only takes a few seconds). Stir and immediately spread on top as soon as cookies comes out of oven. Sprinkle crushed nuts over chocolate. Let set for 15 to 20 minutes and cut into 1 1/2-inch squares.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
