CHICKEN PARMESAN 
bread crumbs from 5 slices of bread
4 tbsp. grated parmesan cheese, divided
1/2 tsp. oregano leaves
dash of garlic powder
dash of pepper
2 lbs. chicken parts
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 c. milk

In medium bowl, combine crumbs, 2 Tbsp. parmesan cheese, oregano, garlic powder, and pepper. Rinse chicken and roll in crumb mixture. Arrange chicken in a 2 quart flat baking dish. In another bowl, blend soup, milk, and 2 Tbsp. parmesan cheese. Add another dash of garlic powder and sprinkle of oregano. Stir with a fork. Pour over chicken in baking dish. Sprinkles with remains of crumb mixture. Cover with foil.

Bake 40 minutes at 350°F. Uncover and bake 15 minutes longer.
