SCALLOPED OYSTERS 
1 pt. oysters
2 c. med. coarse cracker crumbs
1/2 c. butter
3/4 c. light cream
1/2 c. oyster liquid
Salt
Dash of Worcestershire sauce

Spread 1/3 of crumbs in casserole. Cover with 1/2 of oysters. Use another 1/3 of crumbs and spread a 2nd layer. Cover with remaining oysters and crumbs.

Mix cream, oyster liquid, salt and Worcestershire sauce. Pour over oysters. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes in oven.
