SPANISH RELISH 
2 gal. green tomatoes
1 doz. mangoes
1 lg. head cabbage
2 doz. sweet pickles
1 can pimentos
3 bunches celery
5 tsp. white mustard seed
1/2 tsp. allspice
1/2 tsp. turmeric
1/2 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. celery seed
5 pt. vinegar
5 pt. sugar

Cook 30 minutes. Use 1/2 cup flour lastly to thicken if desired. (Drain juice off vegetables.) Seal while hot.
