SPAGHETTI WITH SHRIMP SAUCE 
1/2 lb. thin spaghetti
2 c. peeled native shrimp
1 sm. fresh tomato
1/4 c. parsley
4 cloves garlic, chopped fine
4 tbsp. olive oil
Grated Romano cheese
Salt & pepper

Saute garlic in oil. Quickly add chopped tomato and parsley. Stir and cook 3 minutes. Add shrimp and cook 10 minutes. Boil spaghetti; drain. Add shrimp mixture to spaghetti and top with grated cheese.
