BEST STRAWBERRY PUDDING 
1 1/2 pt. fresh strawberries
1/2 cup strawberry syrup
1 can condensed milk
2 sm. pkg. cheesecake pudding
3 c. cold milk
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese package
2 containers cool whip topping (regular size)
1 box vanilla wafers (Nila)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

In a separate bowl, cut up strawberries and pour strawberry syrup over strawberries, put in refrigerator and let cool while you prepare the rest of the ingredients.

In another mixing bowl, mix together cream cheese, condensed milk, milk, pudding mix and vanilla extract. Fold in 1 container of cool whip. Line the bottom of a trifle bowl with Nila wafers, start to layer - first with wafers, then strawberries, then pudding, then cool whip until it fills to the top - end with cool whip topping. Finally, garnish with 2 strawberries and a drizzle of the strawberries syrup, refrigerate for at least two hours.
