HUNTER CHICKEN 
4 tbsp. butter
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 c. thinly sliced onions
1 tbsp. garlic powder
3 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 c. chicken broth
1 c. chopped tomatoes
Parsley

In large skillet, cook chicken in butter over medium heat 1/2 hour, turning to brown. Remove chicken. In same skillet cook onion until tender. Add flour, salt, and pepper. Add chicken broth and tomatoes. Mix. Cook until thick. Place chicken in baking dish. Pour on sauce. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Garnish with parsley. Serve with noodles.
