1 egg
1/2 c. oil
1/4 c. butter, softened
1 tsp. vanilla
1 boxed cake mix (chocolate or strawberry are great)
Ice cream

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Mix egg, oil, butter, vanilla, and cake mix together. Roll out on counter top and cut into 2 x 2 1/2 inch squares. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet for 8 minutes. Prick with fork and remove. Cool. Slice ice cream and place between two squares. Keep frozen.
