CREAM OF BROCCOLI SOUP 
1 stick butter
Bush of broccoli (or 3 boxes frozen)
5 c. water
5 boullion cubes
6 tbsp. flour
6 tbsp. butter
5 c. milk

Melt stick of butter. Cook broccoli for 10 minutes. Add water and boullion cubes. Let cook.

In another pan melt 6 tablespoons butter, add flour to make a paste. Add milk, stiffing constantly until thick. Add to broccoli; cook until broccoli is tender.
