1/4 c. cocoa
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. whipping cream
2 tbsp. light corn syrup
3 tbsp. butter
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla

Blend together cocoa, sugar, cream, syrup, butter and salt in a 1 1/2-quart saucepan. Bring to boil over moderately high heat. Boil for 1 minute, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add vanilla.
