PICKLED BELL PEPPER | |
Wash peppers; clean seeds out. Cut into strips. Scald in salt water. Let cool. Fill jars with bell peppers, strips of onion, garlic, hot pepper and carrots if desired. Heat 1 cup of vinegar and 1 cup of sugar. Pour over peppers and seal jars. |
