PENNY ROLLS 
1 pkg. yeast
1/2 c. warm water
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. boiling water
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. oil
1 egg

Combine yeast and warm water. In another bowl, combine all other ingredients. Add yeast mixture. Stir in 3 to 3 1/2 cups flour. Shape into rolls, let rise, bake at 375 degrees until golden brown. Dough may be refrigerated and used later.
