POTATOES FOR A CROWD 
2 lb. bag frozen hash browns
1 can cream of celery soup
2 cans cream of potato soup
1 sm. onion, finely chopped
8 oz. sour cream
Dash of pepper
Dash of celery salt

Mix together in a 3 quart dish. Sprinkle with 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
