HOT BUTTERED RUM BATTER 
1 lb. brown sugar
1 lb. powdered sugar
1 lb. butter
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
2 qts. vanilla ice cream

Cream together brown sugar, powdered sugar, butter, cinnamon and nutmeg. Blend into slightly softened ice cream. Keep in freezer in large, airtight container.

To consume: Mix jigger of rum and 3 tablespoons of above mixture in mug. Fill with boiling water.
