HONEY GRAHAM CRACKERS 
2 c. whole wheat flour
1 c. unbleached flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ground coriander
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 c. Bran
1 tbsp. Arrowroot Powder
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. milk
1/3 c. honey
1/4 c. molasses

Sift flours, salt and spices together. Add bran and Arrowroot. Stir in oil and blend well. Mix milk, honey and molasses together and pour over flour mixture. Gather into a ball and knead slightly. Spread on floured board and roll out thin. Cut into squares, pierce with fork. Bake 275 degrees for 25 minutes.

Crackers can also be used for graham cracker crust and as crumb topping.
