3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
6 tbsp. cocoa
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. vinegar
3/4 c. corn oil
2 c. cold water

Mix ingredients together and bake at 350 degrees until done, 50 to 60 minutes (9 x 13 inch pan).

NUTTY FUDGE ICING (optional) :
1 c. sugar
1 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. chopped pecans

Mix ingredients. Heat to boiling. STIR! Cool and stir until it begins to thicken. HINT: Set in pan of cold water to speed cooling.
