SENSIBLE SEASONING MIX 
Garlic powder (not salt)
Onion powder (not salt)
Paprika
Celery seed
Pepper
Crumbled dry parsley

Combine equal amounts of each. Mix well. Put in shaker with large holes and use in almost everything in place of salt. It is great on meats, fish, poultry, soups, vegetables and casseroles.
