GERMAN POTATO SALAD 
4 lg. potatoes, boiled & sliced
3 slices bacon, cubed & fried
1 med. onion, diced
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. vinegar
1 heaping tbsp. flour
Salt & pepper to taste

In bacon grease, cook onions until clear. Add vinegar, sugar and flour and cook until thick and clear. Pour over potatoes to blend. Add salt and pepper and crisp bacon pieces.
