GEE'S BACHELOR CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
1/3 c. chopped green pepper
1 pkg. brown gravy mix
1 1/4 c. hot water
Dash salt and garlic powder
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1 can refrigerator biscuits

Brown beef in skillet. Drain. Add next 6 ingredients - bring to a boil. Remove from heat. Stir in mayonnaise. Place mixture in 1 1/2 quart casserole. Flatten biscuits slightly. Arrange overlapping around edge of casserole. Brush biscuits with mayonnaise. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes.
