HIDDEN VALLEY® FRIED CHICKEN | |
1 (2 to 2 1/2 lb.) chicken, cut up 1 c. prepared HIDDEN VALLEY® Original 3/4 c. all-purpose flour 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. pepper Vegetable oil for frying Place chicken pieces in shallow baking dish; pour salad dressing over chicken. Cover and refrigerate at least 8 hours. Remove chicken and shake off excess marinade. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix flour, salt and pepper; roll chicken in seasoned flour. Brown chicken in hot oil until golden. Transfer to baking pan when brown. Bake until tender, about 30 minutes. |
