HOT ARTICHOKE DIP 
1 (15 1/2 oz.) can artichokes - not marinated
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
4 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese
Pinch of garlic salt
2 tbsp. chopped pitted black olives
1 (2 oz.) jar pimentos, drained & chopped

Drain artichokes well. Chop into small pieces. Mix remaining ingredients until well blended. Add chopped artichokes and mix well. Place mixture in a lightly greased 10 inch glass baking dish. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Serve warm with tortilla chips or as a spread on sliced French bread.
