5 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. vanilla
1 can evaporated milk

Separate eggs and beating whites and yolks separately. Add 1 cup sugar to each. Add vanilla and evaporated milk to yolks. Fold whites into yolks and put in ice cream freezer. Chill 1 hour. Then put container in ice. Turn until done.
