MYSTERY PIE 
3 lg. egg whites
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. chopped nuts
20 round crackers (Hi Ho, crushed) or Ritz

Beat egg whites stiff then add vanilla and baking powder. Fold in crushed cracker crumbs and nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Cool and top with Cool Whip. Let stand 3 hours before serving.
