APPLE TAPIOCA 
3/8 c. minute tapioca
2 1/2 c. boiling water
1/2 tsp. salt
6 apples
1/2 c. sugar
Cinnamon
Nutmeg

Peel and slice apples and put into a buttered baking dish (1 1/2 quart casserole). Sprinkle sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg over the apples. Add boiling water and salt to tapioca. Cook until transparent, stirring constantly. Pour over apples. Bake at 350 degrees until apples are soft.
