CHILLED FRUIT CUP | |
1 c. water 2 tbsp. sugar 3 tbsp. quick cooking tapioca 1 (6 oz.) can orange juice concentrate 1 1/2 c. water 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen raspberries 1 tbsp. lemon juice 4 oranges, peeled & cubed 4 bananas, sliced Mix together first 4 ingredients in 2 quart microwave dish. Microwave on High 2 to 3 minutes, until boiling, stir once half way through. Blend in orange juice concentrate and water. Chill 1 hour. Blend in raspberries and lemon juice. Refrigerate overnight. Add bananas and orange juice just before serving. Serves 12. |
