CHILLED FRUIT CUP 
1 c. water
2 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. quick cooking tapioca
1 (6 oz.) can orange juice concentrate
1 1/2 c. water
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen raspberries
1 tbsp. lemon juice
4 oranges, peeled & cubed
4 bananas, sliced

Mix together first 4 ingredients in 2 quart microwave dish. Microwave on High 2 to 3 minutes, until boiling, stir once half way through. Blend in orange juice concentrate and water. Chill 1 hour. Blend in raspberries and lemon juice. Refrigerate overnight. Add bananas and orange juice just before serving. Serves 12.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
