CHICKEN WITH LEMON WALNUT SAUCE 
Chicken breasts, sliced thinly
1/2 c. walnuts, chopped
3 tbsp. walnut oil
1/2 tsp. minced garlic
Juice of 1/2 lemon

Saute chicken in a little butter. Remove from pan, keep warm. Toast walnuts in pan. Remove from heat and heat and stir in oil, garlic and lemon juice. Spoon over chicken.
