PINEAPPLE CASSEROLE 
2 cans pineapple tidbits (drain, reserve 6 to 8 tbsp. juice to add to mixture below)
2 c. sugar
4 tbsp. plain flour
2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese (fine)
1 stick butter
2 pkgs. Ritz crackers

Mix ingredients together with juice. Add pineapple tidbits. Pour into 9 x 13 inch greased dish. Melt 1 stick butter. Add 2 packages Ritz crackers (crushed). Pour on top pineapple mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until brown.
