SUPER NACHO POT 
1 (16 oz.) can refried beans
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
1 1/2 to 2 lbs. ground beef
2 med. avocados, diced
2 (8 oz.) cartons sour cream
1 can black olives, sliced
2 lg. tomatoes, diced
1 med. onion, diced
2 (4 oz.) cans green chilies, chopped
8 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, grated

Brown ground beef and drain thoroughly. Add refried beans and taco seasoning and mix well. Spread this mixture in the bottom of 13 x 9 inch casserole dish.

Next combine avocados and sour cream. Spread over beef and bean mixture. Then begin layering the next 5 ingredients with the cheese being the last. Bake in 350 degree oven until bubbly. Serve with tortilla chips.
