VERY MOIST PERSIMMON PUDDING | |
1 qt. persimmon pulp 1 pt. white sugar 1 pt. brown sugar 3 eggs 2 c. all-purpose flour 1/2 c. melted butter 3 c. sweet milk 1/2 c. buttermilk 1 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. cinnamon Mix persimmon pulp and sugar together. Mix dry ingredients together. Add milk and egg yolks to persimmon mixture; slowly add mix together. Alternately add melted butter. Beat egg whites until stiff; fold into mixture just before you bake. Bake 1 hour at 350. |
