DELUXE LEMON BARS 
2 c. flour
1/2 c. confectioners sugar
1 c. butter
4 eggs
1 2/3 c. granulated sugar
1/3 c. lemon juice
1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder

Beat together 2 cups flour and sugar. Cut in butter until batter sticks together. With floured fingers press mixture in bottom of 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Beat together remaining ingredients. Pour over baked (hot) crust and return to oven for 25 minutes. Sprinkle with confectioners sugar. Cool. Cut in squares.
