DIETER'S CORNBREAD 
1 c. Cream of Wheat
1 c. plain flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. oil
1 egg
1 1/4 c. milk

Mix ingredients with wire whisk. Pour in muffin tin or skillet. Bake at 425 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until brown. You will think you are eating real cornbread!
