SHORTCUT LASAGNE | |
1 lb. ground beef 29 oz. can tomatoes 8 oz. tomato sauce 1 env. spaghetti sauce mix 1/4 tsp. garlic salt 8 cooked lasagne noodles 6 oz. sliced Mozzarella cheese 24 oz. cottage cheese 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese Cook meat and drain fat. Cook tomatoes, tomato sauce, spaghetti sauce mix and garlic salt to boiling. Simmer about 10 minutes. Make 2 layers of sauce, noodles, cottage cheese, and Mozzarella cheese. Top with Parmesan cheese. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting. |
