SLOPPY JOE VEGGIE PATTY 
3 1/2 oz. crumbled veggie patty
1/2 c. chili sauce
1/2 c. tomato puree
1 clove, minced garlic
Dash of salt and pepper

Combine all ingredients in a blender and puree for 15 seconds. Transfer to a heavy pot, bring to a boil, and simmer, covered, over very low heat, stirring for 15 minutes. Be careful not to burn the mixture. Serve on a whole wheat bun, with lettuce, tomato, and sliced mushrooms. Makes about 2 cups.
