CASHEW CHICKEN | |
1 lb. chicken breast, cut into cubes 1 pkg. McCormick/Schilling teriyaki sauce blend 2 tbsp. oil 3/4 c. water 1/8 tsp. red pepper, crushed 1/4 c. cashews Brown chicken in oil. Mix teriyaki sauce with water and red pepper. Pour over chicken and bring to a boil. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Add cashews just before serving. |
