LEMON POPPY SEED BREAD 
1 pkg. lemon cake mix
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 c. water
1/2 c. oil
4 eggs
3 tbsp. poppy seeds

Mix all ingredients together and beat 5 minutes on medium speed. Pour into greased and floured bread pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Makes 2 bread pans.
