LEMON POPPY SEED BREAD 
1 pkg. lemon cake mix
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1/2 c. oil
1 c. water
4 eggs
1/4 c. poppy seed

Mix together and beat well, 3 to 4 minutes. Put in 2 greased bread pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until golden brown.
