CHICKEN AND BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli pieces
Boned chicken breasts (3 to 4 lb. cook, skin, debone)
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. curry powder
1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Cook broccoli, drain most liquid, place in casserole dish. Cut up cooked chicken, layer over broccoli in casserole. Combine soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and curry powder. Mix well and pour over chicken and broccoli. Cover top with bread crumbs, sprinkle on cheddar cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes until bubbly. This may be prepared earlier in the day and refrigerated, but will need to bake a little longer if chilled.
