PEACH PIE 
1 lg. can sliced peaches (cling)
2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 tbsp. butter
Double crust pastry

Combine first 5 ingredients. Prepare pastry for 9-inch pie plate. Line 9-inch pie plate with pastry, add peach filling and dot top of filling with butter. Place top crust on pie, cutting slits on top. Sprinkle pie with sugar. Bake at 400 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes.
