BROCCOLI ONION SOUP 
2 tbsp. oil
3/4 c. chopped onion
2 pkg. frozen broccoli, chopped
6 chicken bouillon cubes
6 c. water
Pepper to taste
1 tsp. salt
8 oz. fine noodles
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 lb. American process cheese
6 c. milk

Saute onion in oil until translucent. Add salt, broccoli, bouillon cubes, water, noodles, and cook 10 minutes or until noodles are soft. Add milk, garlic powder, American cheese, pepper. Heat and stir until cheese is melted.
