PUMPKIN BREAD | |
3 1/2 c. flour 3 c. sugar 1 1/2 tsp. salt 2 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. nutmeg 1 tsp. cinnamon 1 c. shortening 4 eggs 2 c. cooked pumpkin 1 tsp. burnt sugar flavoring 1/2 tsp. black walnut flavoring Combine all dry ingredients together. Make a well and add other ingredients. Mix until well blended. Grease and flour 3 loaf pans. Divide batter equally, into all 3 pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. |
