COCONUT CREAM PIE 
3 1/8 oz. pkg. vanilla pudding mix
1 c. shredded coconut
1 1/3 c. evaporated milk
2/3 c. water

Combine all ingredients in sauce pan. Stir until well blended. Heat over medium heat until mixture boils. Pour into serving dishes or into pie shell. Chill well. Serve with whipped topping.
